The Community Manager is responsible for to overseeing and managing the daily operations, tasks and interactions within their assigned property. This position will also act as a liaison between the company and the community of residents by addressing resident issues and helping meet the needs of their community.  Job Duties for this role include: Collect rent payments and prepare payments for deposits  Processes and issues lease documentation for new residents.
