Tax Preparer plus training (Marysville)
Our business prepares approx 3000 tax returns each calendar year. We are seeking up to five candidates to be employed as tax preparers for the upcoming tax season. Employment will extend from mid January to mid April. Full training is provided and is compulsory to be eligible for employment. Hours of employment will vary between 10-7 weekdays and 10-6 weekends. Part time hours are minimum 15 hours per week. Full time hours are 40 hours plus overtime if necessary per week. This is a seasonal position which will end April 15 2026. Ideal candidates will be good with computers and accurate keyboard and ten key use; friendly with clients and other staff; dress appropriately (business casual); punctual for shifts; have own transport; speak fluent English; have some previous office experience. Our office is a relaxed environment which can very from steady to extremely busy at a moments notice. Hopefully our candidates will to some degree be able to adapt to these sudden changes. Tax class will run 5 weeks Tuesdays and Thursdays 4pm thru 8pm commencing November 4th concluding December 9th. A certificate of completion will be provided to both those who join the class but do not intend to seek employment and to those who intend accepting employment. If you've read this far then you'll wish to know the compensation: Hours pay is between $25 and $30 per hour depending on final testing or previous experience with an additional 5% bonus of revenue paid in final payroll processed.
