I am looking for a subleaser for one room in a 3 bedroom/1 bath. The apartment is on a beautiful quiet street and is less than a 10 min walk to CTA train. The apartment has hardwood floor, stainless steel appliances with a very pretty shared backyard and very awesome neighbors. Your roommates would be 2 late 20s working professional. Our current roommate also working in airline industry unfortunately got notice to transfer to another city. Rent is $900 includes all utilities.
