$400 6-day sublet 13 min south of Prospect Park (Flatbush/Ditmas Park)

Greetings! I am subletting my large room in Flatbush, less than 15 minutes walk south from Prospect Park, and less than 10 minutes walk from the Q and B lines (Beverley Road and Church Ave stations). The room will be available form October 6 through 12. The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, sofa, desk, and clothes rack on the wall. It's a wonderful place. Roommates are an amazing musician and a grad student who works in criminal justice. You'll have full use of the apartment -- bedroom, bathroom, kitchen (with laundry machine!) and living room, which is full of gorgeous plants that stretch to the ceiling, and a record player with attached speaker system. The record collection is fire! Also, we have a subscription to the New Yorker, and awesome books throughout the apartment. BIPOC and LGBTQ+ most welcome! There's fantastic Caribbean and Palestinian food minutes away by foot, and it's around the corner from the gorgeous Kings Theatre.
