Description: We are a fast-growing staffing agency looking for a Bilingual Sales Coordinator to help us expand in Gainesville and surrounding areas. If you have proven B2B sales experience and want to grow your career while making a real impact, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain relationships with local companies. Present staffing solutions and close new business contracts. Work closely with recruiters to support client hiring needs. Drive measurable results in client growth and placements. What We Offer: Base pay: $1,000/month during the start phase. Commissions: 2%–4% on new client contracts. Unlimited earning potential based on performance. Flexibility and independence as a contractor (1099). Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish & English (must). Proven B2B sales experience (staffing or similar preferred). Strong communication and client relationship skills.
