What you will do: We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full time On site Maintenance Technician for our 300 unit apartment community located in Citrus Heights. As a key part of the community’s success, you have a hand in every resident’s satisfaction. Will have on an on-call rotation. Must be able to live on site in a company provided apartment unit. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. What you will Bring: • Solid understanding of maintenance in the property management field, skilled in: plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting. • Highly organized to handle work at a fast pace, efficiently with follow through and an eye for detail. • Proactive approach to handle anything that comes your way, especially when it comes to emergencies and after hour calls • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Ability to work after hours for on-call emergencies as part of the on-call rotation.
