Maintenance Tech for a well respected property management company specializing in single family homes. $30-33 per hour + job bonus. Gregory Property Management is a residential property management company in Bothell, Canyon Park. We manage and maintain single family homes and individual condominiums. The homes we manage are located in Bothell, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Woodinville, Mill Creek. Our office is located in Bothell, Canyon Park. The ideal person would be an experienced Handyman with full exposure to residential maintenance and repairs. Typical duties: · Meet at the office every morning where you will discuss the days work with the Maintenance Supervisor, complete work orders from the day before. Discuss work schedule for the day. Get in your company van and start the day. · Maintenance Technician duties: light electrical, install light fixtures, switches. Light plumbing, replace faucet, garbage disposal, water supply valves, toilet valves. Exterior work, deck repairs, fence repairs, pressure washing. Repairing closet doors, new caulking, installing blinds, Occasional light landscape work, tree & bush pruning, garden cleanup. Dump runs. Pressure washing. Requirements · Clean driving record. · Being organized is a big part of the job. You must be able to keep your work environment organized and keep track of daily schedule and daily paperwork. · Must be able to meet physical requirements of the job. · Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. · Enter attic and crawl space of homes on occasion. · Climb ladder. We don’t do tall ladder work but an occasional investigation or light repair on roof may be needed. · Must pass drug test and criminal background check. Benefits: · Pay Scale: $30-33 per hour depending on experience and skill set. · Health Insurance. · Company contribution to your health savings account. Health Savings Account is used to pay for medical co-pay or deductible and converts to a Retirement Savings plan as it grows. As an HVAC Operator in Charge, you will ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of HVAC equipment. May bend, stoop, crouch, and work in a cramped position.
