McDougall & Sons- Sanitation Assistant Supervisor - Night Shift (Wenatchee)

Position: Sanitation Assistant Supervisor Shift: Night Qualifications: • Must be able to lift/carry 60lbs. • Must be able to work, handle and understand the proper use of chemicals. • Must be able to walk or stand 12 hours • Must be able to twist, bend, reach, grab, push and pull with arms, fingers and hands, climb, and kneel. • Must be able to work with arms above shoulders. • Understanding how to operate floor scrubbers, portable steamers (propane), and back pack vacuums. • Must be able to work in wet conditions. • Must be able to work 8 to 12 hours a day, up to 7 days a week during peak season • Must be a team player, and give guidance and structure to your team. • Must be reliable with an ability to multi task and work well under pressure. • Must be able to turn in required documents in a timely fashion. • Must be willing to supervise all sanitation duties, and jump in when needed. • Have the ability to work from hot to cold temperatures. • Mobility in a warehouse environment including climbing, moving over and throughout catwalks etc. • We will train on how to use an ATP tester. • Must be willing to be forklift certified. • Option to be trained on First Aid/BBP • Must be willing to be Lock out Tag out certified. • Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus. • Starting salary range $20.00 - $22.00 per hour • Vacation, Sick, Holiday, Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision. 401(k) with Match. • Candidate must comply with company policies and safety guidelines including using the following PPE’s where appropriate: safety glasses, face shield, bump cap, hair restraints, gloves, safety reflective vest. • Must have good attendance.
