Join Scot Eckley Inc., a family-oriented company celebrated for crafting award-winning residential gardens. We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time experienced Landscape Build Team Member. This role provides the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including precision hardscapes with stone, steel, concrete, and wood, as well as irrigation, drainage, and plantings. We value our team members' contributions and foster growth and learning within our supportive environment. Responsibilities Participate in the construction of various landscape projects, including hardscapes and plantings (this is not landscape maintenance). Adhere to all safety rules and company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting weights in excess of 80 lbs., bending, crouching, twisting, and standing/walking for extended periods. Qualifications Prior experience in landscape construction of at least 2 years. Team-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally. Reliability, dependability, and punctuality to ensure smooth operations. Valid WA driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.
