ShareLooking for Laborer/ carpenter for traveling position. We build bleachers and often travel out of town. We generally are gone for the week and back on the weekends. We work in schools installing indoor telescoping bleachers and outdoor aluminum bleachers. It is physically demanding work and requires a strong attention to detail. Candidates need to have a knowledge of hand tools, mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic. You must be able to stay out of town. You must have transportation to a location in Lawrence to catch a ride to the jobsite. If you don't have a car or a place to stay do not apply. Lodging while out of town is provided and transportation from Lawrence to the job is provided. Tools are provided, you do not need to bring tools. No cigarette smokers week be considered. A high standard of personal hygiene is required. Clean clothes everyday. Poor hygiene reflects poorly on the entire crew and will cause problems within the crew. This is a fun crew to work with. We work hard and play hard. If you're a responsible adult with skills then you should fit right in. Pay depends on your skills. Starts at 20 for low skill sets. If you're a good worker and reliable raises come quickly. Looking for an immediate hire. Call to interview.
