Position Overview We're seeking dedicated Mobile Auto Detailers to provide on-site vehicle detailing services to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Service Delivery: Perform complete vehicle detailing services at customer locations Execute interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, and protection treatments Maintain consistent quality standards across all service packages Complete services within designated time frames Customer Relations: Provide professional, friendly customer service Explain services and address customer questions Build rapport to encourage repeat business and referrals Represent the Article Automotives brand with excellence Operations: Travel to customer locations throughout the LA area Set up and break down equipment at each job site Maintain and organize detailing equipment and supplies Document services completed and report any issues Required Qualifications Essential Skills: Previous auto detailing or car wash experience preferred (will train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Physical ability to perform manual labor for extended periods Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional Requirements: For Drivers Valid California driver's license with clean driving record Reliable personal transportation to job sites Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional appearance and demeanor Punctual and dependable Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Extended standing, bending, and reaching Work in various weather conditions Comfortable working around vehicles and equipment Preferred Qualifications 1+ years mobile detailing experience Knowledge of premium detailing products and techniques Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Customer service experience in automotive industry What We Offer Competitive Compensation: Starting pay: $25-$30/hour based on experience Performance bonuses for quality and efficiency Plus Customer tips Opportunities for advancement and pay increases Benefits Package: No benefits for part time.
