Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to recommend enhancements and improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related technical role. Strong understanding of system architecture, networks, and database management. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Proficient in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python). In-depth knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus. This job requires traveling to different states for network wiring , experience is a plus airfare , hotel and food is covered , must have a good work ethic and have a sense of humor , the only thing you need to pay for is airport parking and personal items , pay will be discussed in person , raises based on performance , this job usually starts in February and goes into November , you will need to get a business license but not required to start
