Job Title : Java Developer Location : Walnut Creek, CA Type : 6 + Months Rate : $Open (Best Possible) Job Responsibilities :– Drive the design, development and implementation of the core of our Java / J2EE technology platform and web services. Debug issues across multiple layers of the application stack. Drive code quality through unit testing and advocate test-driven development methodologies. Refactor and improve code quality, maintainability and scalability. Evaluate the adoption of new tools and technology. Interface with clients to discover, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Lead projects and exert technical influence with team members, increase productivity and effectiveness by sharing domain knowledge and experience. Take ownership of all tasks assigned to you and tasks assigned to engineers working on your projects. REQUIREMENTS :- 6+ years of software development experience in Java/Java EE Extensive engineering experience and a proven track record in e-commerce, enterprise, high performance, large scale web technologies including cloud based APIs and protocols (REST, JSON). Thought leader, hands-on contributor, and decision maker known for solving difficult software engineering problems. Proficient in data structures, algorithms, design patterns and Object Oriented Programming. Experience with one of the major relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres) Excellent Java and J2EE coding skills. Experience in payments or high transactional systems. Experience with Linux and other Unix-like operating systems. Excellent team player with good analytical, strategic planning and interpersonal and communication skills. Highly motivated, enthusiastic and self-starter Experience with Kafka, NoSQL database is a plus. Exposure to JBoss Fuse, Apache Camel or MuleSoft highly desired. Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) tools Docker, ECS, S3 etc. Experience building CI/CD pipeline with maven/jenkins/code pipeline. Proficient with API design, Strong in Spring framework and understanding of Microservices. Exposure to API Gateway (Apigee) is a huge plus. All content will aim to educate, inspire, and convert potential users into active adopters of the Hub and our Enterprise solutions, clearly articulating the benefits for different user and enterprise needs. Engaging Demos and Prototypes: Designing and developing compelling demos and prototypes that showcase the power and versatility of the Hugging Face Hub, with easy-to-use code repositories to allow developers to quickly replicate and build upon your examples. Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience developing embedded software. Strong skills in software design, programming (C/C++), scripting, and debugging. Familiarity with embedded operating systems (e.g., RTOS, Linux) and real-time system design. Knowledge of network protocols and standards (e.g., DHCP, IPv4, IPv6). Experience working with microcontrollers, processors, and hardware interfaces like UART, SPI, I2C, and GPIO. Proficiency with debugging tools like GDB, Wireshark, and terminal applications. Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including version control, unit testing, and continuous integration. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing networking products such as access points, routers, or switches. Experience with ARM Cortex-A53/73 or similar platforms. Experience with Wi-Fi chipset bring-up and integration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Looking for an experienced interview videographer to film a client of our in Las Cruces Monday September 29. Must have your own gear which should include a DSLR camera and audio to record the client. No editing required just the raw footage. You will film the interview and gather b-roll footage (Gimbal is a plus). It's a 2-hour session.
