Studio For Rent with private bath and kitchenette in beautiful home in Placerville. Studio is on the first floor in a 3 story house. It has its own entrance and it is independent from the rest of the house. Large closet/storage in bedroom + you can keep some extras in our basement. Room comes partially furnished with full size bed, fridge, microwave, and kitchen storage table; or if you prefer, you can furnish it yourself. We are a family of 3. We are school teachers with a 16 year-old son. You must like dogs, we have 2 old Winnies, and a young Airedale Terrier who live in their own large fenced area next to the studio. We are looking for a responsible adult. No pets. Must have verifiable employment and stable job history with personal references and excellent rental history. No smoking/vaping. This is a drug and tobacco free home. No heavy drinkers. We have zero tolerance about this requirement. This is a quiet, large and beautifully kept home located on 6+ acres at the end of a private road at the top of a hill. You will have a parking spot. Home is located with easy access to Hwy 50 and 49 and downtown Placerville. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included with $900 rent/month. There is a refundable $1,200 security deposit that will be required. Room is available now to move in. We will be very careful on who is chosen and will be verifying all income, employment and references so only serious inquiries please. The pictures show how the room may look furnished, and empty. Fresh paint, and brand new fan and blinds. We may need help with easy house and pet sitting, depending on our travel plans. Our last tenant lived happily here for five years. We need someone honest, reliable and easygoing.
