Qualifications: - 5+ years in home improvement sales and management. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. - Familiarity with CRM/job-tracking software (FieldPulse preferred). - High ethical standards, integrity, and alignment with service-driven values. - Ability to grow into a senior leadership role.
