Russ & Daughters seeks Counter Staff! Russ & Daughters is looking for focused and attentive people who can work with speed but also with attention to detail and presentation. Candidates should have experience in food preparation, salesmanship, strong communication skills, computer/POS proficiency, organizational skills, excellent customer service, and a good work ethic. All of our team at Russ & Daughters will work together in all facets of food service to ensure that our customers are well taken care of and that teammates in need receive support from their coworkers. Counter staff work a 5 day week, weekends and holidays in particular, from approximately 7am to 4:30pm. During busier times and holidays, overtime hours may be offered as well. For 111 years, Russ & Daughters has been continuously owned and operated by four generations of the Russ family. The appetizing tradition we uphold is an important element of the Jewish-American experience, which has expanded to become the iconic food of New York City.
