Michelin-rated Workshop Kitchen & Bar is currently interviewing for an assistant manager. We're looking for a dynamic individual with great personal presentation who has several years experience in the front of house service area, along with an introductory level of management experience. This position has some administrative tasks, but is primarily focused on service presense and leadership on the floor, along with three to four closing shifts per week. A working knowledge of modern wines, spirits and food is required.

Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of culinary/kitchen management experience in a high-volume foodservice setting. Proven supervisory experience, ideally in a bakery or café environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of food safety regulations (ServSafe Manager certification required). Ability to effectively manage inventory and food costs. Passion for baking and an eye for detail. Preferred Skills Previous experience with French pastries, desserts, or specialty cafés.
