Familiarity with barbecue cooking techniques is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety protocols and standard kitchen practices. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests. Looking for cooks to fill both full or part time positions in a high volume, fast paced, team oriented environment. Experience is preferred but not mandatory as we are willing to train someone looking to start in the industry. Customer service skills are a must as our cooks deal directly with the customers, and therefore receive tips.
