We are a small, growing community preschool nestled in the north valley. As universal childcare is implemented in November, we are expecting an increase in enrollment and need more teachers to join our team! We are looking for lead teachers, assistants and floaters to help in every classroom. Montessori training and experience a plus but not required. Must pass background check and be able to take required early childhood classes.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Implement effective working capital management strategies for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly preferred. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a finance management role or similar senior finance position. Thorough knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices. In-depth experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
