Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep, preventive maintenance, and general repairs of the building’s systems and facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents. Key Responsibilities: Respond to building emergencies and participate in on-call rotation as needed. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, including filter changes, lubrication, and minor adjustments.
