The Room: Furnished with a comfortable queen bed, linens, and pillows Desk and chair (ideal for remote work) Closet space Semi-private bathroom (shared with only 1–2 others, always clean) The room is on the smaller side, which is why the price is so reasonable, but does have a big bed, and nice desk and natural sunlight. The House: Recently remodeled with modern finishes and lots of light Fully equipped kitchen with walk-in pantry Smart TV with streaming apps 750 Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi Washer and dryer in unit Dedicated co-working area Large backyard for relaxing or working outside Basement storage available Can offer the room unfurnished if needed Other Highlights: Super safe neighborhood—we’ve all lived here a while and feel totally comfortable walking around day or night Quiet, clean, non-shedding dog named Dido—she doesn’t bark and keeps to herself 2-minute walk to BART for easy commuting About Us: We work hard, cook sometimes, collaborate on projects occasionally, and enjoy a chill, drama-free home. If you're respectful, responsible, and cool with being part of a solid little community, you'll fit right in. Rent: $1,000/month + $200ish for utilities (everything included).
