You are purchasing a one week stay from Sunday, August 31, 2025, to September 7, 2025, in a fully furnished, three bedroom, three bathroom, modern stand-alone cabin at White Birch Eagle’s Nest located at Breezy Point Resort in Breezy Point, Minnesota. This unit will occupy 10 people. This clean, modern cabin includes two full kitchens with dishwashers, two living rooms, dishes, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, two beautiful gas fireplaces, air conditioning, four cable televisions, telephones, two outdoor decks, gas barbecue, two washers and two dryers (bring detergent and softener), and a two-person Jacuzzi bathtub in master bedroom and free WIFI. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, one bedroom has a queen-sized bed, one person Jacuzzi tub, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The couches in the two living rooms fold out into queen-sized beds. There is a parking area close to the cabin for a boat trailer. Your cabin is located off the 4th green of the golf course. Eagle's Nest has a newer indoor swimming pool and activity center exclusively for the use of cabins only within the Whitebirch development. Your cabin also entitles you to free access to Breezy Point Resort's indoor and outdoor swimming pool, game room, whirlpool/hot tub, spa, and beach, etc. Please go to www.breezypointresort.com to see all of the amenities this 3000-acre resort offers. The resort is located on Pelican Lake with its own huge private swimming beach with volleyball and horseshoe pits and a large grassy area. Fishing boats, paddle boats, kayaks and pontoon rentals are available. This time of year is Minnesota at its best. The area offers some of the most beautiful scenery in the state, with bountiful hiking and biking trails. Five miles from the resort is the Paul Bunyan Trail.
