This is a NEW Harley-Davidson “Detachable Locking Latch”. part number 46063-98. This part replaces the standard detachable latch on Harley-Davidson motorcycles with a locking version. It is designed to prevent theft of detachable accessories, such as sissy bars, luggage racks, and Tour-Pak luggage carriers. It fits detachable side plates, luggage racks, and Tour-Pak luggage carriers. It is a direct replacement for standard latches. It does not fit windshields. Asking $45.
