I have a single room for rent in my house. I'm a single male with a friendly cat. Looking for 1 person to rent the room, no other animals or people please. It's a shared bathroom with 2 sinks, laundry machines, parking spot in the driveway, utilities and Wi-Fi included. Room has it's own quiet A/C unit which is nice and the room has a vinyl floor with a brand new area rug. Room was recently renovated. I live in a quiet neighborhood. Rent is $600 per month plus a $600 deposit.
