It's a great location in quiet neighborhood with beautiful parks and nearby hiking trails. The rent is $1085 only with shared utilities. The first $200 of utilities is paid by the landlord and the difference is split equally among the tenants. There is Cable is extremely fast wifi throughout the house. The room is for single occupancy only, please, NO couples. The deposit is $1185. Which would be sufficient to cover the last month rent and utilities. I can work with someone with payments on this if need be. Monthly, we hire a cleaning lady to do a deep clean on the house, as well as everyone having rotating duties to keep the place clean and organized. There is plenty of storage space and refrigerator space for everyone. Shared bathroom. The room will be available on October 1st, 2025 Short or long term lease is available. This is a family environment with other professionals living among peers. We ALL have access to the entire house, family room, living room, dining room, laundry, and KITCHEN, and garage.
