$785 Nov 1 - Feb 1 Sublet in a Large & Lovely Home (St Johns)

Sublet my room for November to January-ish, in my beautiful 5-bedroom craftsman style home in St John's Rent is $785 + utilities. A quite large basement room, carpeted, with 2 windows. Includes a closet. Has a separate entrance as well if desired. The room would be furnished for the period of the sublet, however we can navigate moving some of my furniture if wanted. Sublet dates are Nov 1st sublet until Feb 1st or possible later. The House: This three level house is incredible and has plenty of space for all kinds of creative endeavors. We have a movement (dance, yoga, workout) room, lounge, dining area, huge kitchen, mud room, laundry room/pantry, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of space in the basement for storage or projects. We also have a covered porch out front (complete with a couch for loungin'), and covered area out back along with a garden shed, bike shed, and third storage shed. Outside we also have a collection of rhododendrons, camellia bushes, blackberries and plenty of garden beds (6 +)! We have 1 very friendly and silly female indoor ESA cat. Well behaved, chill. Has been living with another cat but will likely not be open to any new cats, but that is possibly up for discussion. We cannot live with dogs, sorry. ***Landlord requirements and non-negotiables: Landlord requires rental references, background checks, credit checks, & proof of regular income (at least $2205/month) or proof of savings (at least $3,800), and renters insurance. $610 security deposit required. $50 non-refundable rental application is also required.
