PHG needs reps to INSTALL  2 Cleaning Solution Dispensers in the Planet Fitness stores in MA/VT/NH during the Week of 8/18 - or some possibly week of 8/25.  Monday Through Friday 9am to 5 pm. Pay is $25 per hour onsite and mileage can be discussed at scheduling based on distance. Takes approx. 1.5 hours per location.  Store schedule will need to be provided to client once scheduled. Tools required: Cordless Drill with all bit types including concrete and basic hand tools Reporting Required to be completed in client app with photos. And hours also reported online at PHG site for pay processing. Full instruction for install and reporting will be provided. There are multiple locations in MA/NH/VT - full list can be provided at scheduling to best fit your geographic location for possible additional stores.

You will contribute to creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere while promoting our products and services. Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner. 2. Provide knowledgeable guidance and recommendations on flower arrangements, bouquets, plants, and gift items based on customer preferences and occasions. 3. Create visually appealing displays of flowers, plants, and gifts to attract customers' attention and enhance the shopping experience. 4. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery or pickup. 5. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and empathy, striving to exceed their expectations. 6. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop, including arranging merchandise, restocking inventory, and tidying display areas. 7. Assist in the maintenance of floral arrangements and plants, including watering, trimming, and ensuring freshness. 8. Collaborate with supervisor and team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the shop. 9. Uphold company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions, inventory management, and customer service standards. 10. Stay informed about current trends in floral design, seasonal offerings, and new product arrivals to provide up-to-date information to customers. Qualifications: 1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a floral or gift shop environment, is advantageous but not required. 2. Passion for customer service and a genuine interest in helping customers find the perfect flowers and / or gifts for their occasion. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. 4. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. 5. Ability to commit to a set work schedule, including weekends and holidays. 6. Knowledge of basic floral care and design principles is a plus. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. NEED REPS FOR ALBERTSONS FLOOR AUDITS. $45 PER STORE NOW THROUGH 4/30!   PHG needs reps to visit retail chain stores to perform audits on their floor care.  Reps will need to do a short interview with the manager, walk around main store and aisles to evaluate and take photos of flooring as an indicator of what is needed to keep the floors at peak appearance. They will also need to visit the janitor's area and get photos of their mop supplies and floor chemicals.   Time in store estimated at 30 minutes – Pay is $45 per store. Travel pay can be discussed at scheduling.   Reporting/photos into client's new CMX1 App or Website must be within 24 hrs of visit.
