Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations for our live events. This role will ensure equipment is properly prepped, packed, loaded, and returned in good condition, and will be the final checkpoint before projects head to jobsites. Key Responsibilities: Manage warehouse staff (once hired), assign tasks, schedules, and performance reviews. Oversee shipping/receiving, truck loading, driver scheduling, and fleet compliance. Maintain inventory accuracy, track new and repaired equipment, and ensure gear is show-ready. Enforce safety standards and operational efficiencies to reduce overtime, re-rentals, and errors. Hold a valid Class B CDL and step in as a driver when needed. Report directly to the General Manager and collaborate with project managers and production teams. Qualifications: Prior experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in live event production. Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of event production equipment. CDL Class B (Illinois) required. Schedule & Compensation: This is not a standard 9–5 role; hours depend on event needs. Compensation is based on skills, efficiency, and team management.
