This role is key to maintaining smooth, professional delivery operations while representing the Lamplighter brand to accounts throughout the Greater Boston area. What You’ll Do: Load and deliver kegs, cans, and bottles to liquor stores, bars, and restaurants across MA Handle deliveries efficiently and courteously — lifting up to 100+ lbs and navigating stairs or tight spaces when needed Keep the delivery van clean, fueled, and organized Collect signatures and payments from accounts Communicate clearly with account staff and Lamplighter leadership Log deliveries using our internal systems (Ekos Brewmaster) Report maintenance issues, inventory discrepancies, and unusual account conditions What We’re Looking For: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no CDL required) Punctual, responsible, reliable and comfortable working solo Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills Familiar with basic navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze) Able to lift heavy items (100+ lbs) and be on your feet for 8+ hour shifts 21+ years old Bonus (But Not Required): Interest in craft beer and Lamplighter's story Warehouse or delivery experience No formal education or previous delivery experience necessary — just a good work ethic and willingness to learn.
