Position Summary: The Paving Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the asphalt paving crew. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification. This role ensures that all systems comply with federal, state, and local regulations to protect public health and the environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain water and wastewater treatment plants, including pumps, valves, motors, filters, tanks, and related equipment. Monitor and control treatment processes through computer systems (SCADA) and manual inspections. Collect water and wastewater samples for laboratory testing and analyze results to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems.
