HIGH LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY: This position will be responsible for tasks including scheduling, beverage purchasing and inventory, daily financial reporting and management, hiring and training of all line level positions, managing and driving service standards at high volume, and developing guest relations. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and direct staff in service - Oversight of front door operations - Train new and existing employees in service - Improve and develop service model within restaurant on a continuous basis - Provide input on schedules and payroll - Employee tracking and management - Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution - Exercise good judgment and decision making in escalating concerns and aggressively resolving issues - Prepare daily pre-shifts - Review daily notes from service and create action plan for improvement - Compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes as well as Company safety and security policies REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum of 2-4 years experience as Floor Manager in upscale, high volume restaurant - Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays - Ability to lift 30+ pounds - Certification in NYC Food Protection License required La Pecora Bianca is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer.
