As a line cook, your responsibilties would include the folowing: -Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations -Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks -Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance -Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time -Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts -Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations ***Prior kitchen experience preferred GREAT work environment and competitive pay. Looking for someone 3-4 days a week. 11:30-3:30pm. Duties include cash register, food prep, and cleaning. We currently have the weekends covered so preferably someone available during the week. We’re a small business with lots of friendly regular customers. Previous food experience is preferred. Our menu is very simple, only hot dogs, so if you’ve worked any other restaurant this will be very easy to learn.
