Children or minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors are not permitted to join this tour. You alone bear responsibility for any loss caused by incorrect information provided. 3. Hotels offer various room types, such as King/Queen size bed rooms or Double size twin-bed rooms. Each room can legally accommodate 2 to 4 guests, including adults and children. Some hotels require each group to have at least one credit or debit card usable at the destination for deposit and check-in procedures. If no personal charges occur, the deposit will be refunded by the hotel within 7–14 business days after checkout. We guarantee room quantity but cannot guarantee specific room type or location. Standard check-in time is usually after 15:00. 4. Tour participants must purchase tickets through the guide; self-brought tickets or City Passes are not accepted. Attraction admission fees and onboard meal costs may change according to official last-minute notices and will be based on当日 prices. 5. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary order to ensure smooth operation, without reducing any scheduled activities. 6. During actual travel, guides or drivers may adjust the visiting order, duration, or assembly times of attractions appropriately based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure smooth progress. 7. If attractions are temporarily closed or shut for holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), replacements will be arranged with comparable sites or exterior visits to maintain tour quality. 8. Children under eight years old require a child safety seat. We offer rental service at $10.00/person/day. Please indicate this need during booking so we can prepare in advance. Failure to notify us may result in fines for non-compliance, which you will bear personally. If coach travel is arranged on departure day without safety seats, the fee will be refunded. 9. Many tour attractions require basic physical health. Guests with disabilities or mobility issues should contact customer service in advance for policy details. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating arrangements. 10. To ensure full itinerary completion, passengers must strictly adhere to the guide’s designated assembly times. Buses will depart without waiting if delayed beyond ten minutes past scheduled time. 12. For operational convenience, we reserve the right to transfer passengers between vehicles en route and assign different guides and drivers. 13. The following suggestions will help expedite check-in: carry valid photo ID; present printed or electronic copy of itinerary. 14. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group mid-tour, please inform and obtain guide approval in advance, sign a group departure waiver form, and understand that remaining portions will be considered forfeited with no refund. 15. Complimentary items included in the itinerary will not be refunded if unavailable due to force majeure (e.g., weather, transportation issues) or personal reasons. Your understanding is appreciated. 16. Under U.S. federal law, smoking is strictly prohibited on tour vehicles. Most hotel rooms are also non-smoking. Hotel staff are professionally trained and security personnel can collect evidence. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 USD per night will apply if smoking is detected. This cost is borne entirely by the guest; we assume no liability. Please use designated smoking areas only. 17. Pets and animals of any kind are strictly prohibited on all tours. Special Reminders 1. Credit Card Payment Notice: * If you choose USD credit card payment and later voluntarily cancel for full refund, a 3% credit card processing fee of total order amount will apply. 2. If booking flights, we recommend doing so only after receiving our trip confirmation email. Booking confirmations are typically issued within 1–2 business days. Please schedule flights and itineraries accordingly to avoid missed connections. Arrive at airport at least two hours before departure to allow time for check-in. 3. When flying, always keep seatbelt fastened to prevent injury during turbulence. 4. Please arrive early at pickup locations. Pickup and drop-off times are approximate. Delays may occur due to special circumstances (weather, roadwork, strikes, mountain closures, vehicle issues)—your understanding is appreciated. Unless otherwise specified, all hotel rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited and violations may incur penalties of $300 or more (subject to hotel policy), which guests must cover personally—we assume no responsibility. Always lock your room door with the safety latch; never dry clothes over lamps; exit immediately via emergency exits upon hearing alarms.
