Please wait at your hotel front desk 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel along the Las Vegas Strip and begin our exciting day. Approximately 2.5 hours later, we will arrive at our destination—Death Valley National Park. Located on the eastern foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Death Valley National Park is the largest national park in the contiguous United States. It encompasses the northwestern edge of the Mojave Desert and features diverse desert environments including salt flats, sand dunes, rugged terrain, valleys, canyons, and mountain ranges. With steep cliffs and harsh terrain, it is North America’s lowest and driest region, and considered one of the hottest places on Earth. During our visit, we will stop at three of the park’s most iconic and representative sites: the highest viewpoint in the park, Badwater Basin, and White Dune. Park Highest Viewpoint (30-minute stop): From the park’s highest vantage point, enjoy panoramic views of the vast Death Valley landscape. As this area is also used by the U.S. Air Force for flight training exercises, you may occasionally see military jets flying overhead. Badwater Basin (60-minute stop): This is the lowest point in the entire national park—and the Western Hemisphere—sitting 88 meters below sea level. Here, you’ll feel atmospheric pressure unlike anywhere else. The site also hosts California’s largest salt flat, where you can walk across expansive white salt-crusted ground formed naturally over time. White Dune (60-minute stop): Situated within the vast Mojave Desert—the largest desert in the United States—this area is the only true sand dune field within the otherwise rocky Mojave Desert. Visitors can hike along the ridgelines of the dunes and enjoy endless desert vistas that create a sense of unity between sky and land. Due to extreme summer heat, Death Valley National Park closes to visitors annually from early May through the end of October for safety reasons. In compliance with National Park regulations, our Death Valley tour is only available from November through April each year. After sightseeing, we will begin our return journey and arrive back in Las Vegas in the evening, dropping you off at your original pickup location. (We assume no direct or indirect liability for delays caused by traffic congestion or other unforeseen circumstances.) 🍔Meals: Breakfast: Included; Lunch: At own expense; Dinner: At own expense Usage Instructions How to Use Departure Time and Location • Contact the tour guide the day before departure to confirm pickup time, which will be arranged according to the guide’s schedule.
