About Our House: A large, older craftsman with two inviting, mahogany living rooms and a working fireplace. Enjoy cooking in our bright, sunny kitchen with a gas stove, ample kitchen appliances, and a water purifier. There is an easy access bathroom and shower on the first floor and, on the second floor, enjoy a relaxing bath in a luxurious claw-foot tub. Our side garden has a beautiful flowering Dahlia tree, Kaffir lime tree, seasonal herbs and room for your green thumb! Our sunny deck is perfect for mid-afternoon lounging. There is a washer/dryer in the basement. The house has high speed internet, Comcast digital cable, phone service and easy street parking. This is a pet-free household. About the Room: A private upstairs fully furnished room (11x12) with everything you need away from home including quality bedding and towels. It has great energy with beautiful hardwood floors, and unique slanted ceiling with tapestries. Great quiet space for studying or retreat!
