Our client, a leading manufacturer of precision components, is looking for Manufacturing Associates to join their team in Chatsworth, CA. This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment operating CNC machines, performing grinding and assembly tasks, and interpreting technical blueprints to ensure high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: • Operate CNC machines according to setup sheets and production requirements • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure product accuracy • Perform grinding to achieve precise measurements and tolerances • Assemble components using hand tools • Maintain proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals • Follow safety guidelines and quality standards at all times • Lift materials up to 40 lbs as needed • Demonstrate consistent attendance and ability to retain instructions Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous manufacturing experience preferred • Ability to read and understand blueprints • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills • Must be able to work overtime as needed Pay & Schedule: • Pay Rate: $17.87-$20.00 per hour
