This is a 1099 independent contractor role—perfect for someone who wants unlimited earning potential and enjoys the thrill of turning leads into sales. This role involves outbound prospecting, pitching our services, and closing deals with small business owners. You’ll play a key role in helping us grow our customer base as we scale up our startup. We provide you with leads list and backend training about the company to insure you have all of the tools you need to be successful. This Position could turn into a very luccrative position with in the company itself for the right candidate. ________________________________________ 💼 Responsibilities • Make outbound cold calls to service-based business owners daily. • Confidently pitch B.I.T. SOLUTIONS’ services (Smart Websites, AI Voice Assistants, Automation). • Build rapport and handle objections effectively. • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals. • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. • Track calls, leads, and sales activity accurately. ________________________________________ 🧠 Who We’re Looking For • You love sales and aren’t afraid of the phone. • You have a hunter mentality and enjoy cold calling. • Strong communication and persuasion skills. • Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by results. • Comfortable working remotely and independently. • Previous sales experience is a plus — especially in B2B, SaaS, or marketing services. ________________________________________ 💰 Compensation This role is commission-only 6-figure earnings potential. There is no guaranteed base salary or hourly pay. However, top performers have uncapped earning potential and are rewarded with a yearly bonus based on annual sales performance.
