




Presidio is hiring Help Desk Support Technicians to support our client in Frederick, MD. This hybrid position requires working onsite three days per week. Our client is implementing an enterprise-wide rollout of Cisco Duo. To accelerate this initiative, Presidio is seeking Help Desk Support professionals with MFA experience to assist on a contractual basis and help achieve the client’s deployment goals. At least two years of experience in an IT Support role (Service Desk, Desktop Support etc.). Previous experience with Cisco Duo is preferred, but knowledge and familiarity with any Multi-Factor Authentication tool is acceptable (Okta, SecureID, Ping etc.). Experience providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Ability to identify, understand, and solve user issues efficiently.
