With our competitive commission structure, you can earn up to 40% of net profits per sale, with no earnings cap. Top performers have the potential to exceed $100,000 annually, with unlimited growth opportunities. What You’ll Do - Identify and pursue new opportunities with buyers across a broad spectrum of federal and state government agencies. - Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key government clients, positioning yourself as their go-to resource for essential products and services. - Negotiate and close deals, securing long-term contracts that generate consistent revenue. - Operate independently in a remote environment while actively collaborating with our team via Discord to ensure alignment and support. Comprehensive Lead Generation and Growth Potential We provide a curated list of key government contacts, including decision-makers within federal and state agencies, as well as military bases, to help you establish a strong foundation. You will also be encouraged to proactively source additional leads to expand your network and maximize your opportunities. Qualifications for Success - Proven sales experience, ideally within government contracting or B2B sectors. - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client partnerships. - Strong self-motivation and discipline to excel in a remote, commission-based environment, with the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. - An entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. - Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. - Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for remote communication, client management, and lead generation (experience with CRM systems, Discord, or similar collaboration tools is an advantage). - Collaborative Skills: Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication and collaboration within a remote team. - Knowledge of Government Procurement (advantageous but not essential): Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations, such as FAR, is a plus.
