About Us A trusted and renowned provider of utility equipment rentals and repairs is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Rental & Repair Specialist! This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude or interest in tools and machines. Prior experience HELPFUL TRAINING PROVIDED Overview As a Rental & Repair Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations by handling equipment, assisting customers, and maintaining safety standards. This is a hands-on role that involves working both indoors and outdoors, including in inclement weather Responsibilities Load and unload trucks that deal with lineman equipment Clean, test, and repair fiberglass tools Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided) Assist customers with rental orders Maintain organized and clean workspaces Follow all safety protocols (PPE provided) Qualifications and Skills Must pass a drug test (including THC) Must pass a background check Steel-toed boots/shoes required Mechanical interest or experience preferred Forklift experience a plus, but not required Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Compensation: $20.00 Hourly We offer employees weekly paychecks (direct deposit), and upon eligibility we offer health insurance (Kaiser), accrued paid sick time (Oregon Paid Sick Leave), and a retirement option (OregonSaves).
