Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks to support excavation and construction projects. The ideal candidate is physically fit, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, shoveling, and loading materials. Assist in pipe laying, grading, and site preparation. Operate and maintain machinery and tools safely and efficiently. Conduct laser level grade checks as directed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Drive company pickup trucks, with or without a trailer, as required. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with other team members. Requirements: Strong work ethic, reliable, and punctual. Physically capable of performing heavy labor. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Dependable transportation to and from job sites. Prior experience in construction or excavation preferred, but not required.
