Supported Living DSP – Flexible Schedule (Wed/Thu + Weekends) – $25/hr – S (Salem)

Hopeful Care Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Supported Living Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. We provide individualized support services in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR 411) for Supported Living Programs. Position Details: • Schedule: Wednesdays & Thursdays (potential weekends) • Hours: 10 hours per week (about 4-hour shifts, flexible) • Start Time: Mid-morning to afternoon • Pay: $25/hour • Location: Salem, OR Duties & Responsibilities (per OAR requirements): • Provide direct support that promotes independence, dignity, and choice for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. • Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal prep, housekeeping, medication reminders, and community integration. • Implement individualized support plans and follow person-centered practices. • Ensure health, safety, and well-being of clients at all times. • Accurately complete documentation, reports, and communication logs in compliance with OAR 411 standards. • Support clients in accessing community resources, appointments, and recreational activities. • Uphold client rights, confidentiality, and ethical standards of care. Qualifications: • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. • Must be at least 18 years old. • Ability to pass a background check (per state requirements). • CPR/First Aid certification and OIS training a plus (or willingness to obtain).
