Key Responsibilities:   -       Design and execute comprehensive tests for cloud services, including functionality, performance, security, etc. -       Collaborate with the development team to promptly identify, report, and resolve defects and issues in cloud services. -       Participate in the implementation and optimization of test automation and continuous integration to improve testing efficiency and coverage. -       Participate in building CICD engineering for cloud project and developing automated testing scripts. -       Follow up on user feedback, reproduce bugs, collaborate with R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues. Requirements Qualifications: -       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. -       At least 3 years of experience in cloud service testing or developing. -       Understand the development, deployment, and operation processes of cloud service projects, familiar with microservices technology. -       Basic knowledge of networking and security. -       Strong problem analysis and solving skills, able to independently complete testing tasks. -       Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Responsibilities: • Sort, process, consolidate, triage, organize, route, palletize, and package both incoming and outgoing asset materials • Quickly diagnose, identify issues, and capture computer hardware or relevant devices information • Follow strict data sanitization and destruction procedures when processing data-bearing assets • Label, log, and document on all assets moving in and out in the area • Inventory products at designated area, organize, and maintain shelf life • Meet or exceed monthly goals and understand the nuanced requirements, deadlines and due dates between each order’s requirement • Ensure a safe and secure working environment • Manage and organize workstation, equipment, staging area and parts area • Research on product value • Handle goods and equipment properly to avoid damage or breakage • Maintain clean and safe housekeeping in and around warehouse • Assist in job training to new staff, participants, volunteers, and clients • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • AS degree or 2 years of related jobs experiences working in a warehouse environment • Familiarity with a wide variety computer hardware components and operating systems • Understand the up-to-date computer hardware components verse older generations • Push or pull heavy objects into position using pallet jacks or other moving carts • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to prioritize in a constantly changing workload • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Server and Networking equipment experience a plus • Microsoft, A+, N+ certifications a plus This position reports to ITAD Supervisor Email: jobs@cews.com your resume and ensure to include [HAYWARD] in your email title

Responsible for executing system-level test cases that require extensive experience and sound judgment. Simulate media evaluations to ensure that the test results meet expectations. Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product specifications and industry standards. Explore user scenarios and establish local testing standards that align with user perception. Lead test strategy discussions, mentor junior engineers, and drive process improvements. Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues.  Requirements Qualifications:  5+ years experience in network products testing, familiar with testing methods and processes. Stay up-to-date with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi 7, etc.) and industry trends Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi issue debug methods. Hands-on experience with networking test tools (e.g., iPerf, Wireshark, IxChariot). Strong problem analysis and solving skills, able to independently complete testing tasks. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Preferred Skills: Experience in the development and testing of Wi-Fi Router, Mesh Wi-Fi Systems Experience with Wi-Fi certification and regulatory testing. Deep understanding of user experience, attention to detail, and ability to think and analyze problems from a user perspective.
