Hello from the Lookout House! Our roommate is moving out at the end of October and we are looking for an awesome new roomie! The house is a 4+1 bedroom and 2 bathroom. There are two kitchens, a sports court, solarium, all on an acre of forested property. There's a huge driveway with lots of parking and it feels secluded even though you can see Reser. There's a lot of garden space, fruit trees, and our neighbors have a farm where you can walk to get chicken eggs, fruits, and veggies! The house is close to campus, less than a 10-minute bike ride to Memorial Union. We are all young professionals working around Corvallis. We are environmentally conscious and love the outdoors. It would be great to find a student or professional that matches our lifestyle. You must be clean, considerate, and respectful, oh and love gardening! Two roommates have cats, so no more pets allowed. The rent is $650. The room is appx 13x10. It has a beautiful a built-in dresser, closet, and two windows with views of the backyard forest. The utilities are around $100 each in the winter and around $70 in the summer. That includes internet, trash, water, gas, and electric. We are on a year lease that renews in July.
