Agility MFG Inc. located in Dover NH has a full-time, permanent position currently available for a Stockroom associate. This is an entry level position. We will consider a part-time schedule for qualified candidates. Ø Job Summary: Primarily responsible for the kitting and de-kitting of jobs to be built by production (cutting, pre-forming, etc. of components). Other responsibilities include cycle counts, putting received parts onto shelves and filling crib slip shorts for production. Ø Summary of Essential Job Functions: Correctly entering data into PC/MRP system, use of MS Excel for forms and spreadsheets, equipment operation, process adherence, shop cleanliness. Ø Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent certificate required. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable. Ø Required Abilities: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products. Ability to read and write English, basic math skills. This is a first shift position, no nights or weekends required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, adherence to regulations, and the ability to handle heavy lifting, light assembly and manual tasks. Experience with basic tools. CDL not required. Clean driving record and valid drivers license is required. Responsibilities Safely operate a truck to deliver goods to designated locations. Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks, or manually as needed. Follow assigned routes and schedules while ensuring timely deliveries. Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients. Handle heavy lifting and moving of products as required during delivery processes. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding transportation. Experience Proven experience as a Box Truck Driver or in a similar delivery driver role is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus. Experience operating box trucks and driving in various conditions is essential. Moving experience and assembly experience. Previous experience with route driving, load & unload procedures, and customer service is highly valued. Ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform manual tasks efficiently. WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE Accountabilities:  Review event equipment checklist to ensure accuracy of event orders  Loading / unloading of event equipment + décor  Manage incoming shipments/orders  Event load checker – secondary support to dock lead  Follow daily to-do lists - managing events in and out of atr, loading/unloading, gassing of fleet, daily tasks, etc  Participate in quarterly inventory of equipment + decor  Driver/ handle runs; ensure any additional, missed or replacement equipment needs make it to the event in a safe and timely manner  Assist in training of new recruits and contractors  Oversee standards + safety measures are followed  In support of warehouse department manager  Communicate daily operations to warehouse department manager  Responder in inclement weather and with coordination of employee transportation  Equipment par management support  Attend annual service training meeting Qualifications • Must have valid Georgia State driver’s license • Must pass background test • Be able to work in a respectful and collaborative environment Working Conditions and Hours • Hours include days/ evenings/ weekends and some holidays • Average work week expected to be 35+ plus hours Pay Rate • This position is paid at a rate of $18.00 per hour, and $27.00 per hour for overtime beyond 40 hours. • The program is based on an average schedule of 35 + hours work weeks with a daily unpaid 30-minute break, and two (2) 15-minute paid breaks, netting payment for up to 37.5 hours a week, with an average of 30 hours per week.
