About the Role We are seeking to add an additional Resident Manager for a property in San Francisco. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and personable Resident Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on property management and values building a positive community for tenants. Key Responsibilities • Minor Repairs & Maintenance: Perform light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks as needed. Conduct routine inspections to proactively identify maintenance issues. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for larger maintenance jobs • Tenant Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for residents for non-emergency concerns, complaints, and maintenance requests.
