With 5+ years of success, we’re expanding and looking for proven moving sales representatives who can close TODAY and are hungry to earn big. This isn’t for everyone. What We Offer: Full-time, in-office only (no remote) One of the best comp structures in the industry: 10K in binders = 35% commission Weekly earning potential of $2K+ for strong closers $4,000 minimum quota Plenty of inbound calls (no endless cold calling) We convert 25%+ of data (1 in every 6 inbound calls is a booked job $$$) 5–6 day work week with consistent schedule: Mon–Thurs: 12pm–8pm Fri: 10am–5pm Sat: 11am–4pm Sign-on bonuses for highly skilled reps A clean, safe, recovery-friendly office environment (no drugs, no drama) Supportive leadership that’s committed to your success Work alongside 8 seasoned closers who can all take a T.O.
