Responsibilities include: • Welcome and assist clients throughout all phases of their design projects—from product selection to post-sale support • Answer client questions, offer design suggestions, and maintain ongoing communication to ensure a seamless experience • Manage sample check-outs/check-ins, schedule project consultations, and handle order processing, follow-ups, and pickups • Meet monthly sales goals while building strong, lasting client relationships • Maintain a well-organized showroom, ensuring displays are clean, up-to-date, and properly labeled • Oversee incoming and outgoing warehouse orders, including safe and efficient loading/unloading of customer materials • Stay informed on the latest in cabinetry, tile, flooring, and natural stone products and trends • Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and collaborative work environment • Support various tasks and responsibilities as needed across the team Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance, including making decisions with minimal supervision. • Manage priorities to meet business goals.
