We are currently seeking an Oregon-licensed Professional Land Surveyor with a minimum of two years drafting experience related to land surveying and mapping (Carlson/AutoCAD preferred). Out-of-State licensees and/or individuals with LSIT qualifications and the ability to obtain an Oregon PLS within one year, are also encouraged to apply. Typical duties may include drafting Topographic Surveys, ALTA maps, Records of Survey, Partition Plats, Subdivision Plats, Condominium Plats, completing FEMA Elevation Certificates, reviewing/reducing field data, research, resolving property boundaries and construction staking calculations. The majority of our projects are small to medium sized, residential and/or commercial in nature. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a Junior Highway Engineer position in our Scranton, PA office. Duties: Work as part of a team in all facets of transportation engineering including roadway, trail, and pedestrian type projects. Tasks would include: design of horizontal and vertical alignments, drainage systems, signing and pavement markings, safety assessments, erosion and sediment control, development of maintenance and protection of traffic schemes, and preparation of construction related documents.
