✅ HVAC Installer/Service Tech – WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON! ✅ We’re a small but growing HVAC company out of Streamwood, IL looking for solid people to join our team. Whether you’re an installer wanting to learn service or a service tech wanting to learn install, we’ll train you and pay you well. 💰 Pay • $30–$45/hr (based on skill/experience) • Commission/spiffs on add-ons and repairs • Plenty of year-round work 🔧 What You’ll Do • Install furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, and mini-splits • Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential systems • Sheet metal and ductwork installs/mods • Keep jobs clean, follow code, no shortcuts 👷 What We’re Looking For • 5+ years HVAC experience preferred (install or service) • EPA card required, NATE a plus • Valid driver’s license, decent driving record • Reliable, shows up, gets the job done • Installer willing to learn service? We’ll train. • Service tech wanting to learn install?
